We will come along to you to discuss your requirements free of charge with a view to supplying you with a quotation. We believe visiting you is the best approach as it enables us to analyse the way you work and your requirements to a greater degree of accuracy.

No jargon
It's true, we don't like jargon either... We will talk to you about your requirements in plain English, but don't worry, if you have a technical background we can do that too.

No obligation quotation
After your free consultation we will supply you with a detailed quotation and project timescale. We endeavour to stick to our quotations, the only reason this may change is if you request something 'big' during the development process that you have never mentioned to us previously.

Competitive pricing
Feedback from our existing clients has told us that we are very competitively priced. We are committed to supplying you with solutions at a good price, so much so, that if you receive a quotation elsewhere for the same solution for less, we will endeavour to match that price. If you have already allocated a budget for your new solution, let us know and we will try to work within it.

Analysis of the way you work
To develop the software to match as closely as possible to your existing working practices we will visit you and discuss/analyse the way you work at present.

An iterative development process
We believe in an iterative development process. We have found through experience that our clients ask for modifications during the development process and we will cater for this. We will meet with you at stages throughout the development process and give you the opportunity to use/review the software developed thus far. We understand that things may only occur to you while you are using the software and not necessarilly while reading our quotation, after all, you will be using the software, not the quotation.

We like to stay on top of technology and will always endeavour to use the latest technologies for your solution if we feel it is of benefit to you.

Many of our existing small to medium sized clients use us as their I.T. department. If they need any I.T. related help or advice, they will contact us first.
