2. What personal data we collect and process

Personal data we collect and process includes:

  • Contact details such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, plus any other personal data you provide.
  • Analytics data such as IP addresses, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, timing and length of visit, and page views of visitors to our websites.

We use a number of third party companies and services to process data on our behalf, for the purposes of payment processing, accounts, bank transactions, and other professional business services.

We maintain a log of all sub-processors we use, as well as any data processing for each project that we undertake, and we ensure that any data processing we are asked to undertake remains in scope with the original request.

All systems which hold personal data encrypt that data in transit / during communication, and additionally some sensitive fields are encrypted at rest for additional security.

We do not transfer any personal data outside the EU.

We employ numerous database backup technologies depending on the needs of each project, for the purpose of restoring the databases in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.
