Viewing Video

Viewing Video produce high quality property videos and video tours for estate agents and the property market. In order to facilitate the production of the videos Viewing Video needed an easy way for estate agents to request new videos and provide all of the resources necessary in their production. CBS Solutions LTD developed a simple and intuitive online web system and process from concept to completion.

The project was split in to three parts.

1. The sales website

The sales website is based on WordPress, a popular content management system which gives Viewing Video the ability to update the website content in a timely manner. Customers sign up from the sales website by completing a basic form and selecting a number of credits they wish to purchase in advance. This part of the process integrates with a third party payment provider in order to set up and request the payment.

2. The customer system

Once signed up customers have access to a private and secure system where they can request new videos, view existing videos including how to share them online, buy credits, view/print invoices, change their default settings and update their account details.

3. The admin system

The admin system is a private and secure area where administrators can view and process incoming video requests, view customer details and view/print invoices.

All three parts of the system are built with a responsive layout, meaning they are optimised for any screen size including smart phones and tablets.
